Biotac driver configuration.

Record Field	Description
`Cheetah` Signature: Uid	The unique id (UID) of the Cheetah SPI/USB adapter the Biotac is connected to.
`Index` Signature: int	The port the Biotac is connected to on the multiplexer. Can be 0, 1 or 2.
